Ryan Voth, LMFT
As a therapist, I help clients connect with their authentic self, and share that truth with confidence. As an Enneagram-informed therapist, I help my clients become aware of, and heal from their childhood core wounds interfering in present-day relationships. I take a lighter approach in therapy, helping clients to champion the child in them, which is still asking for support and validation.
All adult individuals, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities are welcomed.
I can help with a low sense of self, feeling scattered and unappreciated in relationships and those struggling to know who they are apart from what they do for others.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy building up the cycling community through promoting wellness and emotional intelligence. I enjoy exploring Southern California with my teammates on the bike.

As a therapist, I offer a gentle, depth-oriented space to help you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together, we’ll work to bring greater awareness to the present moment, helping you connect with your authentic emotions, beliefs, values, and hopes. We’ll also explore your relationship to the shadow parts of yourself, the parts you've had to hide, suppress, or disconnect from, and begin the journey of integrating them with compassion and understanding.
Therapy is about reclaiming your wholeness, realigning with your true values, and reconnecting with yourself and the communities that matter to you. All adult individuals, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities are welcomed.
I can help with anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, grief/loss, and emotional fluency. I’m here to help you reconnect with your authentic self.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in being in nature, spending quality time with my community, engaging in social advocacy, and exploring music, and reading.
